If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your
purchase you can return it to us for a refund instantly
without any hassles on our part. Return
must be made within 15 days of delivery. Product must be
still in NEW, unused condition. Refund or exchange
cannot take place until product has been returned in new
condition.
Shipping
Charges: Shipping charges cannot be refunded as the
service was provided for delivery. Also, customer is
responsible for return delivery charges or may hand
deliver, unless there was an error on our part, then we
would be responsible for delivery charges both ways.
If
item is received damaged, point it out to the delivery
agent right away. *If delivery by UPS, there is $100.00
Insurance on the package, tell the driver you want to
make a claim and follow instructions given to you. *If
delivery is by the United States Postal Service, refuse
the package, return to sender. Upon our receipt of
returned product(s), we will reship another product to
you ASAP at our expense.
